Program Analyst

Ameritek is seeking a qualified candidate for the full time position of Program Analyst to support the FAA PSS contract. 
 

Duties, with limited supervision, include: 

  • Program planning 

  • Preparation and analysis of program related data 

  • Review of program status 

  • Preparation of reports 

  • Coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings 

  • Preparation of materials for program briefings and presentations 

  • Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and regional office personnel, and facility personnel 

  • Conduct of program and project control processes; etc. 

  • Required to perform various types of project/program analysis, and to provide occasional general logistics support

Demonstrated skills in performing computer driven analysis of the economic, statistical, accounting and financial principles and techniques necessary to support the management of procurements involving major systems acquisitions. Familiarity and responsibility in project budgeting, cost control, forecasting scheduling and reporting.

Strategic Planner

Ameritek is seeking a qualified candidate for the full time position of Strategic Planner to support FAA PSS contract. 

This individual must be able to work with limited supervision to provide advisory and analytical support for development of strategies, planning and implementation activities associated with the execution of fundamental changes in how the ATO conducts business. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets as well as support on planning, developing and implementing strategic plans and schedules; communication planning; develop, coordinate and obtain senior level management input and approval for planning agendas, logistics and communication of planning session; capturing and managing action item status. This activity will include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Duties may include program and organizational analysis and process mapping to identify barriers to achieving ATO goals and objectives, and advisory and analytical support for ATO-wide communication strategies. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management. Supports creation of cost estimates for procurement actions. 

Engineer

Position involves information systems engineering, functional analysis of ATC/M system requirements, development, production, test and evaluation of related information systems. Includes, but not limited to, systems engineering activities oversight, demonstrated expertise with new and legacy systems, technical alternative analyses, acquisition management of information systems, and information management tools.

Software Engineer

Ameritek is seeking a qualified candidate for the full time position of Software Engineer to support the FAA PSS contract. 

 

Responsible for design, development, testing and deployment of the computer software. Provides feasibility analysis, problem definition, requirements development, and solution development. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, Recommends changes in policies and procedures. Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes by following the software development lifecycle.
